Time to catch you up on my weekend <3
Well....I'm still in shock over all that has changed since I was last here! For instance Lacey, my (7months) older sister, and I actually get along now. We use to fight super bad but this trip we haven't even gotten frustrated with eachother yet. I stayed with her at her friends house saturday night and then we got up on sunday morning and came back to the house to get cars packed up. Then we all, as a family, went out on a family vacation. It was Lacey, Brett, Natasha, Dale (Natasha's Boyfriend), Derek, Aydon, Kelly, Dad, and then of course me. It's an on-going joke that we need to adopt a couple more kids so that we can get a group price at places to save money...Lol. Anyways...We went for a mini-vacation to Branson, Mo to go to Silver Dollar City and White Water. The trip was great accept for the fact that Natasha never makes it threw a trip without getting hurt...Lol. We went on one of the water rides at Silver Dollar City so her sneakers were drenched. So she did what anyone else would do and bought a pair of flip flops so she wouldn't have to wear the wet shoes. Well that was mistake #1 for her. then we went on a ride where you were squirting people on the walkways with water and they were getting you back. After that ride we had to go down stairs to get back to the main area. Mistake #2 for her was carrying Aydon, our 17month old brother. She was walking down the stairs carrying him on her left side, Mistake #3, when her flip flop broke on the 2nd step. She fell all the way down the rest of that part of the steps. She was so busy trying to make sure Aydon didn't get hurt, which he didn't, that she got super brused up on her right side and we were afraid that she had broken something because she was crying if you even tried to touch her right arm. Luckily nothing was broken. She is just so brused up from it that it looks like someone used her as a punching bag...LOL.
This was a great first vacation with Aydon. He had so much fun that he slept most of the car ride home because it wore him out.
